This is a review of the sweepstakes for a Ford F-Series Truck sponsored by Ford. The prize is a great Ford Truck and an adventure trip selected by the sponsor. Total ARV of $50,000 for complete prize. I personally wouldn’t really want the adventure portion of the prize because I have had sufficient adventure in my life already and I dislike traveling. I could use the truck thought so I think I will enter. It’s a free Ford Truck so you can’t go too far wrong. The Sweepstakes ends December 31, 2017. The following link will take you to the entry page.
$25,000 Home Makeover Sweepstakes by FURNITURELAND SOUTH …..ends December 29, 2017……Review. This is a nice sweeps with an easy entry for furniture plus a designer consultation. We could really use some new furniture especially our bedroom furniture. It would be too difficult to sell the furniture to cover any prize taxes so there would be some effective tax cost for any furniture received but it still a very good deal if you win. Just click on the link below to go to the entry page.
…Someone once told me that FORD stands for “Fix or Repair Daily”. Maybe true, but I learned to drive on the farm truck in this picture in about 1975. I was slightly too young to drive. It was quite old at the time but it ran good enough to get the work done even though it had plywood to cover the rusted out floor. Buying pretty new trucks was not a high priority on our farm and we liked trucks that could get the job done.
I don’t know how long the Ford EcoSport in the sweepstakes will last the winner but I suspect it is worth the $28,000 price tag. It would definitely be worth the taxes the winner needs to pay on the prize because you can always sell it. If you want to enter this Ford/Marvel sweepstakes just click on the link below. The cost to enter is zero so its even in my price range.
This is a nice sweepstakes for an upgraded Toyota truck. It may not run as long as our farm truck in the picture but it does look pretty. I entered the sweepstakes. Even if you don’t want the truck, you could always trade it in for a different vehicle or sell it.
This sweepstakes is for a beautiful home, $100,000 cash and a Mercedes-Benz automobile. If I won I would sell the house and car, pay my considerable debt backlog and pay the new taxes on everything. I don’t know if my real estate agent Allana handles houses in Arizona but I would ask her to take care of everything if she can. Probably wouldn’t be much left but I would upgrade my current house and buy a truck my wife could climb into with any remaining money.
If you would like a chance to win over one million dollars of property/cash just click on the link at the end of this blog post and fill out the form. Let me know if you win….Hey, it doesn’t cost anything!
$48,000 Ford Focus RS Sweepstakes by Ford Motor Company…..ends October 14, 2017…review. The Ford Focus RS does not seem like it would be worth $48,000 dollars but I suppose it could have all the extra options and car prices always seem to be going up. I know I could sure use a a new car right now but who can’t? A free car can always be traded in or sold so this is a no lose sweepstakes. It would be a keeper for me. Just click on the link below to go to the the sweepstakes entry page. Let me know if you win!
Tony could sure use one of the Ford Fiesta’s in this give away. It would make a great first car for him so we entered. Seems like a good sweeps with an easy entry. Hit the link below to take you to the entry page. Ends May 5, 2017.
…I have learned a few things while configuring Glenn’s Way blog on WordPress. The first way to have a happy blog is to use WordPress rather than Blogger. WordPress has better free features and plenty of upgrade potential if you want to pay for more capabilities. You need to be a little careful what you say on WordPress if you are not self-hosted because WordPress does not seem very tolerant of controversial opinions. My ancient WordPress blog was turned off eons ago by an automatic process. It was necessary to contact Lisa at WordPress to get my blog back online. This irritated me at the time so I switched to Blogger but that was not the best idea I ever had. Blogger proved to be a long lasting disappointment.
The second thing to consider is that you should use PayPal to collect any donations or payments. PayPal is safe and easy to implement on WordPress. Other forms of payment are a little risky and I wouldn’t use them on this blog however a large business/charity would also need to accept credit cards.
Third, do not expect to get rich quick from the proceeds of your blog. Keep your day job for awhile until you show a profit. Maybe you will be the super blogger that hits it big but don’t bet the farm on it. Also, you can always sell the rights to your blog to someone else for cash if it does not strike it rich. Maybe they will have better fortune than you and you can show a little profit for your work.
Fourth, use a facebook business page to send traffic to your website. I found the Amazon ebook facebook marketing made (stupidly) easy to be very useful and I will probably implement many of the ideas in that book for my own facebook page and WordPress blog.
Lastly, have some type of premium content for profit. Typically this could be an ebook on Amazon or possibly some type of course on your area of expertise. It is a good idea to give some free samples to your readers so that they know what quality of product you have.
I have a ton or more ideas about blogging that I plan to share in future posts. Please follow this blog by email if you don’t want to miss any!
……I didn’t enter this sweepstakes because I am not healthy enough to participate in the elk hunt but I think it’s a good trip if you win. Just click on or paste the link above.
I have never gone elk hunting but I think they are majestic creatures. I have killed rabbits, vermin, geese and chickens in the distant past but never in anything resembling a designed hunt and it usually wasn’t very enjoyable. I have nothing against hunting and I think anyone that eats meat is rather silly to oppose hunting. PETA people especially have achieved a new level of human ridiculousness in some of their actions. Several years ago they tried to block the Wauwatosa KFC to protest KFC’s use of chicken meat. I remember I had some slight difficulty trying to drive around the protesters to get my extra crispy chicken meal. It was quite a cold wisconsin day for the protesters so they gave up and went home before I finished my meal. The manager tried to point out to the protesters that KFC did offer non-meat menu items like cole slaw, corn and beans but her protests fell on deaf ears. Can’t please everyone I guess.
